- Forward any contact related emails to a contact’s specific email inbox. Email contents will be attached to the Contact, so that you have full traceability regarding contact related email exchanges with different customers and suppliers.
You can also visually track contacts on a visual board.
For each contact, you add track all comments, emails, activities, and files. Each contact will have a unique ‘inbound’ email address.
You can forward any emails to this address, and all email contents and files will be attached to the contact.
